Freelance Content Creator (On-Site) – Multiple Locations

About the Role
We’re looking for versatile Content Creators who can shoot high-quality video content and confidently represent our brand on-site. This role is perfect for creatives who understand both the visual and relational sides of content work—capturing footage while engaging with clients in a professional and friendly way.

You’ll be responsible for producing engaging short-form content (typically 15–60 seconds), such as social media reels, interviews, b-roll, and branded visuals, all aligned with the client’s tone and goals. These are not just to post on their feed, but are used for high-investment ads through META. 

Key Responsibilities

• Capture vertical, short-form video content (primarily for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• Collaborate with our creative team on content strategy and shot lists

• Represent Stage1Digital professionally while working on client sites

• Transfer footage promptly (within 24 hours of shoot)

• Occasionally assist with basic lighting, framing, and audio setup
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience shooting content for social media, brands, or agencies

• Strong eye for clean composition, natural light, and movement

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own gear

• Bonus: Experience editing or formatting for Reels/TikTok

Compensation

This is a freelance contractor position, with compensation ranging from $150–$250 per location, based on experience and project scope. Most shoots average 1.5 hours of on-site work per location.
